Dear Reader:
Please accept this formal request for both general and specific letters of support for the short-term, immediate goals and long-term, strategic plan of Community Recovery Alliance, a newly designated 501 (c ) 3 nonprofit pubic charity located in the city of Petoskey, Michigan.
Our plan is two-fold: one, is to present your letters of support, en masse, to the members of the Emmet County Commission, to the 57th Circuit Court of Emmet County (as requested by the court), and to the Emmet County Community Corrections Advisory Board for the purpose of demonstrating public support for the creation of a Drug Court in our County; the second is to include your letters of support in our grant writing efforts designed to raise the funds essential to meeting our immediate program needs.
We are looking for letters of support to be written on behalf of existing service organizations in the field and also letters of support from those among us who have first-hand experiences to share about our own successful recovery histories.
Please address your letters to Community Recovery Alliance so that we can include your personal letter in the collection of letters we receive. There is power in numbers.
If you have questions or concerns you would like us to address before completing your letter and meeting our request, please feel free to contact me, Dale Hull, President of Community Recovery Alliance, at your convenience. We will appreciate receiving your letter.
All the best…
Dale Hull, President
