Our Application Process

We do our application process a little different at CRA, and we hope it makes it a smoother, slightly more enjoyable, process for our applicants. This new process is part of our efforts towards justice, diversity, equity, inclusion.

Here’s what you can expect from our hiring process:

  • We do not ask for your cover letter and resume to start. (You will be asked to provide a resume if you are invited to interview with us)
  • We start with an online application with just some basic information to learn about you and to verify the basic qualifications required for these specific positions. It should take you less than 10 minutes to complete this first step.
  • After going through the initial applications, we’ll invite some individuals to complete a second set of questions online that will highlight more of your qualifications, work experience, coaching skills, etc.
  • This second stage is what’s called a “blind application,” meaning you’ll receive an applicant ID with your invitation, and you will not provide your name for this stage. Our reviewers look at all the candidate, select those to interview, and then match the applicant ID to the person. This helps reduce hiring biases.
  • Then come the interviews. If you are invited for an interview, we will ask you to provide a resume and references (no cover letter) at that time.
  • We will do our best to keep you informed of your status through each stage of the application process.

Current Opening:

This is the initial application and takes about 15 minutes to complete. Please do NOT provide any health information on this form as it is not intended to be a HIPAA-secured form. Meaning, please don’t disclose recovery status/date, experiences with mental health, etc. in this section. This is just a brief screening tool and more in-depth questions will be asked in the second round.
