Learn how to grow a relationship with Nature as a part of your Recovery Pathway!
- Go on a nice Nature Walk with others in Recovery to get some Fresh Air & Light Exercise
- Learn some basic Plant Identification & Uses
- Experience Nature Meditation & Deep Listening Skills
